Breakfast smoothie: T flax seed oil, T chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, cranwater, blueberries and spinach! yes spinach! (you can't even taste it!)
Then I made some espresso, mixed it with a little hot water and a drop of Praline Pecan creamer, yummy!
For lunch I had another left over turkey sandwich with Ezekiel sesame bread, they're just so good!
I had a trail mix snack and stuffed squash for dinner I forgot to take a picture of! Kristmas Kids Krafts to come tomorrow!! :) Peace and Love xoxo
