
Happy Thursday! Next 'K' I'm thankful for today, Kinesthetics, a fully functioning body with no aches or pains or sprains, thank you Jesus! Sometimes it is hard to fit a work out in your day but I once saw something that said a one hour workout is only 4% of your day....I guess there really is no excuses when it comes to maintaining a happy healthy body! Here is a Pinterest work out I did this morning in my bedroom...yes my BEDROOM haha NO EXCUSES! And let me just add it is hard and will make you sweat! The neighbors downstairs may not have liked the jumping however...;) I finished this workout with a yummy protein shake: New Aria Protein Powder I found at Fred Meyer, really yummy, no artificial anything, PLUS Vitamins vanilla whey, 100% cran-water mix, frozen fruit, flaxseed oil, and chia seeds.
Ok. Here goes nothing. Going to work on the last of baby weight. Wonder how many calories the circuit burns? Looks like a great all around toning everything workout.
