Thankful for Goin Home!

TGIF!! Today is a traveling day so here is a very special, healthy, protein filled snack I made for my love and I as we venture across the mountains!

"Holiday" Protein Balls
1 cup oats 
1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup ground flax
1/2 (a little over) cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey (or agave)
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup craisins

This is not an exact science you made want more/less of some of these things but just mix everything together and get messy by forming it into bite size balls:) WARNING these are addicting it's like cookie dough!
