TGIF! Literally I am thankful for Fridays...it was a little difficult to get up this morning because it was freezing!!! (And because I did that circuit again with my class last night and did an hour of pointe after, yikes!) When I woke up and saw snow on the roof tops I realized why:) Gotta be thankful for the changing seasons! This bowl if deliciousness made it a little easier to get up, good thing I prepared it last night:
Overnight Oats:
cooked 1/4 cup quinoa
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup oats
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
a little almond butter
a little cinnamon
a little raisins
overnight in the fridge
warm up in the morning and add a little honey on top (or anything!)
